So Roommates officially suck. (AKA, this is the part that you don't have to read. But it will give you an update on the life of the artist. =3)

Roommate #1: John the Asshole: The dude is seriously just a prick. He's a super Utah Mormon and a Theater kid to boot. And in these parts that just means you're stuck up, you think the world revolves around you, and that you can do no bad. Which means this guy thinks that he owns the !@#$ing apartment and can tell anyone who lives here what he wants, even though he has NO RIGHT because we ALL PAY THE SAME PRICE to live here.

Roommate #2: Call the Messy: Dude himself is alright. He's honestly a cool guy and the only one here I can make friends with. As far as living goes though... >w> He doesn't clean ANYTHING... and since I'm the only one who does clean (since messy living quarters makes me literally ill) it makes the whole cleaning process a bitch. And the fact that he hangs out with his girlfriend 24/7 doesn't really help the cleaning up issue.

Roommate #3: Abdulah the non-existent: He's from the Middle-East and doesn't speak English too well. He hardly lives here and spends all his time at his friend's apartment. There's not really much to say about him. He cleans up after himself and doesn't bother me. So it's all cool.

Okay. Time for the serious stuff. I've been feeling really motivated lately to improve my art. But I'm not sure how. So I want to ask you guys. I've tried using digital media and I'm just not very good with it/don't like it very much. I love the feel of manipulating reality through a pencil and paper... but if it takes digital media to improve... I'll just have to give it a try, right?

1. Do you think that one of the main issues is that I just don't draw enough period?

2. Is there anything specific you think I'm weak on? (I.E. Eyes, legs, feet, faces, hands, clothes, bodies, proportions, perspective, etc.)

3. Do you think I need to start working in a digital media? (I.E. ink with Sai or OpenCanvas)

4. Should I start coloring? (And what medium should I use for this as well. Including what programs to use for digital would be welcomed.)

5. Should I start working on backgrounds?

6. Any other suggestions not mentioned?

7. Why do you watch me and do you think I can improve at all?
